We offer one-on-one executive coaching for CEOs, entrepreneurs, and other executives who want to re-invent or enhance their leadership skills, build stronger executive management teams, reduce chaos in their organizations and drive strategic business results.

Your Reneevations Executive Coach will begin by taking stock of what you do well – what we call ‘promoting behaviours’ – along with opportunities for improvement, aka ‘eroding behaviours.’ Through focused conversations and coaching, our experienced coaches will help you develop practical, tactical tools to achieve your potential, realize your vision and grow your company.

When companies engage us to do group facilitations for specific projects or teams, we frequently add executive coaching services for the CEO. We’ve found that these teams often need the CEO to adjust his/her leadership style for improved team accountability.
