I am a no-nonsense, straight-shooting coach, a powerful, personal and effective facilitator, and for the past 25 years have been passionate about taking the toxic waste out of communication. When faced with terminal cancer and the need to coordinate multiple conversations with very opposing viewpoints and limited willingness to partner, I discovered early on in my life that my health depended on learning the art of handling crucial conversations.

Since then I have taken what I learned and applied the art to couples, families, business partners, groups and companies. I specialize in cleaning up a corporate setting where communication has broken down, or worse exploded into accusations, law suits and serious damage to workflow, creativity and financial results.

As a co-founder of Thrive! since 2002, a management consulting firm focused on helping leaders, teams and organizations thrive and produce extraordinary results, I currently work with executive teams in building and maintaining a cohesive leadership team, creating organizational clarity and integrating that clarity into the fabric of the company. We are part of only a handful of consulting partners worldwide that are personally trained by Patrick Lencioni, author of Five Dysfunctions of a Team and president of The Table Group, to deliver and consult with clients using his concepts and materials.
