reneeI am a business owner, project manager, facilitator, vision keeper, past registered interior designer and frequent scribbler. Since 2000, I have worked with over 100 companies adding value by facilitating processes designed to support the CEO/President and his/her senior team to become more highly functioning individuals and teams. Raising the bar for leadership development with communication; accountability; self-responsibility; and individual and team sustainability. I have worked with small, medium and large companies; some broken, some in enormous growth cycles, some Canada’s Top 50. All share a desire to pay attention to their most valuable resource; the development of their people.

My love for the facilitating process grew out of years running a boutique interior design consulting firm; Safrata Group Inc. Between 1987 to 2000 we provided design concept thru to site supervision for residential, corporate and retail projects throughout North America. We developed JAM™ which became known as a strategic envisioning process to harness stakeholders viewpoints and creativity, create buy-in and project alignment as a starting block for all design projects. Our clients improved their brand recognition, profitability, employee engagement, and realized significant financial and non-financial increases as a result of partnering with us.

I have now morphed Safrata Group Inc. into Reneevations Professional Development Inc. – it fits. Renée means re-birth in French. We provide custom facilitations for corporate clients, we leverage leadership and executive learning with our online learning store.
