DR. JIM SELLNER, PhD., Dip.C.

jimIn the 40 years of working with people I’ve learned that we behave in our best interests when we:

(a) increase our competencies;
(b) get in alignment with our personal and business values; and,
(c) choose to be engaged.

This combination leads to individual, team and company actions that produce increased personal and business results.

From 1998 to 2008 I was a founding partner of ViRTUS Inc. Over the past 10 years I’ve worked with about 300 Presidents and Executives in monthly Exchanges, co-led about 50 Creative Strategic Planning Sessions, and conducted about 60 off-site Executive Advances. I’m the “go-to-guy” with difficult groups and individuals, and I have a unique ability to identify, track and integrate the interpersonal, cultural and business issues into sessions. I’ve written 3 books, the most recent being “Leadership for Einstein’s P=MC3: Bringing Out the Genius in People While Becoming Great Yourself”.

I’m into my 7th career transition. Each transition has built on the other, the foundation being interested in igniting the primal giggle in people. I want to engage with people who are willing to take the risk to say what they think, try out new, uncomfortable ways of being and who are open to dialogue. Are you willing?
