CRISMARIE CAMPBELL, B.SC., M.B.A.
As a US Olympic Rower in the 1988 Olympic Games and a silver medalist in the 1987 World Championships, I have intimate knowledge of what makes a championship team versus simply a boat of champions. This knowledge carried through to my engineering career, pioneering changes in the way Boeing built airplanes through cross-functional teamwork, as well as, working as a flight test engineer for Boeing’s 777 airplane.
Moving from engineering to business, I earned an MBA, and worked as a manager at Andersen Consulting where I was able to help leadership teams develop business strategies and processes to implement large-scale changes in organizations. In addition, I provided my insight and guidance to leaders as they moved their entire organizations through these changes, paying particular attention to how to embed them effectively throughout the company.
Since 2002, I am co-founder of Thrive!, a management consulting firm focused on helping leaders, teams and organizations thrive and produce extraordinary results. We are part of only a handful of consulting partners worldwide that are personally trained by Patrick Lencioni, author of Five Dysfunctions of a Team and president of The Table Group, to deliver and consult with clients using his concepts and materials. I currently help executive teams build and maintain a cohesive leadership team, create organizational clarity, and integrate that clarity into the fabric of the company.
