About Renée
I am a business owner, project manager, facilitator, vision keeper, registered interior designer and frequent scribbler.
Since 2000, I have worked with over 100 companies, 300 business leaders by facilitating processes that are designed to support the CEO/President and his/her senior team to become more highly functioning individuals and teams. Raising the bar for leadership development; communication; accountability; self-responsibility; and individual and team sustainability. I have worked with small, medium and large companies; some broken, some in enormous growth cycles, some Canada’s Top 50. All share a desire to pay attention to their most valuable resource; the development of their people.
My love for the facilitating process grew out of years running a boutique interior design consulting firm; Safrata Group Inc. Between 1987 to 2000 we provided design concept thru to site supervision for residential, corporate and retail projects throughout North America.
I have now morphed Safrata Group Inc. into Reneevations Professional Development Inc. – it fits. Renée means re-birth in French; I believe that by partnering with clients in a meaningful dialogue for improvement, measuring each step of the way, leveraging face to face learning with online resources we can re-birth people and teams.
I am not a writer but I can talk, talk, talk. The idea of quick video blogs is a better fit than carefully crafted words.
